What Happens When You Call

We start with a few plain questions: what the furnace, AC or heat pump is doing, when it started and how old the equipment is. If your home has no heat or cooling, we treat it as urgent at any hour, and we charge no emergency or after-hours fees. For a replacement, we schedule a visit and the estimate is free.

Before any work begins, you get a written quote. On repairs, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the job. On new equipment, we lay out what each option costs now against how long it should last and what it needs to keep running well. Every job is carried out under our Washington contractor registration, and the gas side of furnace work is covered by our gas heating mechanical license. When we install new equipment, our labor on it is backed for up to 3 years.

Good Things to Have on Hand

1. The make and model from the label on your furnace, air handler or outdoor unit, if you can reach it without any risk.
2. A short note on what is happening, such as odd noises, a system cycling on and off, a tripped breaker or a thermostat with a blank display.
3. A rough age for the equipment, or the year you moved into the house if you are not sure.
4. Your address and town, whether that is Deer Park or nearby Mead, Fairwood or Country Homes.
